Salary: Up to £19,800 pro rata (depending on experience)

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to work in our busy HR and Voluntary Services Team for 6 months on a temporary basis.

Main Job Purpose
To look after legal/statutory document filing. Also to include a good amount of HR and Voluntary Services administration with employees and volunteers on-boarding and off-boarding.

You will be expected to undertake some or all of the following:

  • Administer HR and Voluntary Services related documentation i.e. contracts of employment
  • Ensure the relevant databases are up to date and accurate
  • Assist with the recruitment and selection processes including DBS checks
  • Create new personnel files and setting up a booking out system
  • Setup meetings with our Occupational Health provider

Key skills required:

  • Excellent organisational skills and able to manage time effectively
  • Proven experience of working with an office administration role
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Experience of working with databases
  • Able to communicate clearly in person and in writing
