Supporter Engagement Manager Salary: £30,856 to £35,982 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract: Permanent Closing Date: 18 July Interview Date: TBC We are seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join our expanding Income Generation Team. Working directly with donors, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer care throughout the whole supporter journey whilst developing income potential. Main duties will include: To increase income from individual donors, increase their lifetime value and build loyalty. To ensure excellent customer care for all donors to the hospice and to ensure our database is used effectively and holds accurate data. To develop and implement integrated supporter journeys and support the direct marketing programme. To analyse and report on donor data and to ensure full compliance to GDPR and data protection law. Key Skills required: 3 years’ experience in an individual giving, direct marketing or database management role. Experience of working with a CRM database. Experience and knowledge of running customer/supporter acquisition, retention, upgrade and reactivation campaigns. Member of relevant professional body such as Institute of Fundraising or Institute of Direct Marketing. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Power Point. Excellent communications skills both written and verbal. Experience in a customer facing role with proven skills in excellent customer care.
