Salary: £36,153 - £40,696 per year (depending on experience)

  • CIPD membership and current PGCert
  • Ability to work both strategically and operationally
  • Experience of conducting organisation-wide Training Needs Analysis
  • Understanding and experience of e-learning provision
  • Skills to collaborate effectively in-house and externally
  • Qualifications and/or experience to design, deliver and evaluation training events
  • Ability to share knowledge with, and support, others to design and deliver training
  • Good people management skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly in person and in writing with a range of audiences
  • Good project and time management skills
  • Good standard of numeracy, and IT proficiency with MS Office and databases
