Symptom management in the last days of life

This course is aimed at registered nurses from all care settings.
This course aims to introduce the assessment and management of some of the common symptoms experienced by people at the end of life. Scenarios will be used to link the theory taught to the reality of everyday clinical practice.
Symptom management including:
- Nausea and vomiting
- Respiratory secretions
- Terminal agitation
- Drugs prescribed to manage common symptoms.
