Booking conditions

Bookings are made using our website online booking forms. If you are having difficulty completing this form please contact our Education Team at learning@martlets.org.uk or call 01273 718788.

A booking acknowledgement will be sent to the email address specified at the time of booking. Joining instructions will be sent via email approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the course date and will provide any additional details needed prior to attendance.

Payment

Full payment is required in advance, unless the course is funded. This is stated at the time of booking. If an invoice is required, it will be sent directly from our accounts department. We require a purchase order number for all NHS bookings, please include this when you complete the booking form.

General information

All delegates are required to register their attendance on arrival. A certificate of attendance will be issued at the end of the course or emailed to you within 14 days.

We cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property during your attendance.

Catering

Full-day courses for external delegates include refreshments and lunch. If you have special dietary needs, please specify at the time of booking. Half day courses include refreshments.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your booking please email learning@martlets.org.uk as soon as possible. Refunds can be made for any bookings that are cancelled at least 7 days before the course. It may be possible, at the time of cancellation, for delegates to be offered a place on an alternative date, if there are spaces.

Although a rare occurrence, we reserve the right to cancel courses. Delegates will be emailed as soon as possible and a full refund or alternative booking date will be offered where appropriate. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse any additional costs incurred by the delegate.
