Find a shop

We do offer a free collection service for donations of furniture or something that is too large to transport yourself. All items are assessed for saleability by our experienced collection team at the time of collection. Due to high disposal costs, we are unable to take unsaleable items.

If you have furniture or larger items you’d like to donate, we’re happy to collect free of charge. Simply email [email protected] or call 01273 721188 to arrange a pickup.

Gift Aid on Donated Goods

We can claim Gift Aid on any goods you donate if you are a UK taxpayer, this means we can raise 25% more from the government through Gift Aid. So, please make sure you fill in a Gift Aid form when you make your donation.

Electrical Items

We accept most working electrical items. Once items have been donated they are tested before being sold in our shops.

Please call us to check we can accept your electrical goods.

You can also donate your old mobile phones, stamps, medals, and coins to us for recycling, as well as broken jewellery and any gold or silver items.

Just drop them off at any of our shops during their opening hours.
