We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager with experience of working in a domiciliary care business at Manager level to join the Martlets Care as Business and Registered Manager.

Reporting to CEO, the holder of this position will:

  • Manage the ongoing successful growth of the business, delivering key organisational and financial objectives, identifying new clients, opportunities to increase sales and revenue
  • Ensure the correct framework and compliance is in place which will deliver the standards required for Governance and compliance with the CQC
  • Managing a team of Care Assistants and Registered Nurses, demonstrating excellent leadership and collaboration skills with strong interpersonal skills
  • NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in Leadership and Management in care
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager and at least 2 years’ experience working in domiciliary Care at Manager level
  • Proven track record of managing team including appraisals, supervision and managing performance
  • Experience in managing both local authority contracts and private clients
  • Strong IT and organisation skills together with excellent customer service and presentation skills
