Our community help us provide life-changing hospice care to the people of Brighton and Hove and beyond.
in 2017-18, we received more than 11,000 individual cash donations. Through donations of money, goods and time, we’re able to keep providing vital care to our community.
Tuesday 27th November is #GivingTuesday, a day to celebrate and support the work of charities after the spending crazes of Black Friday and Cyber Monday. For this years’ event, we’ve compiled an easy guide of ways you can support Martlets.
Please let us know what you’re doing today to support us by tagging us @martletshospice with the hashtag #GivingTuesday.
To us, your time is priceless. Whether you can volunteer for a few hours once in a while or a regular weekly shift, as part of #TeamMartlets you’ll play a crucial part in keeping your local hospice going. Whether you can give time to sort donations or help us run our shops we’re looking for you!
You can find a list of current roles available here, but if you want to give your time in another way, please get in touch.
All donations big and small help us reach our fundraising goals. It costs over £7 million to provide our hospice care and 21% of that comes from the NHS. We rely on your support to make great things happen.

We’re currently experiencing a shortage of bric-a-brac donations, so please drop off what you can to your nearest Martlets shop.
