New End Theatre Beyond in association with Martlets presents a play by Brian Daniels. Inspired by two true stories, Don’t Leave Me Now explores the impact of early onset dementia and family life with insight and humour.

The story reflects on the importance of addressing life-changing illness from an early stage and shares the Martlets mission to improve the quality of life for people affected by terminal illness.

Endorsed by all major Dementia Charities, including The Alzheimer’s Society, Dementia Pathfinders, Dementia UK and Hospice UK, Don’t Leave Me Now shares the importance of family and relationships when faced with life-changing dementia.

At Martlets we strive to reach people early on in their diagnosis to improve the quality of life for them and their family members. An essential part of our care is to bring our community together to learn about terminal illness and understand the need for early care. This thought-provoking play offers insight into a complex illness and presents an important perspective on life-changing dementia to give hope, purpose and possibility to those affected.
