Care Coordination Administrator

Working 35 hours per week

Are you a dynamic Administrator looking for a new direction and challenge?

The Care Coordination Administrator will be the first point of contact for
Clients, Registered Nurses and Care Assistants and will also assist the
Care Coordinator with scheduling the care that our clients require in their own homes.

Administration experience essential
Agency experience desirable
High standard of IT skills
Excellent interpersonal skills

Martlets Hospice

RGN

Vacancy for an innovative and flexible RGN
providing exceptional palliative care to
patients with life limiting conditions.

Working primarily on the In Patient Unit with the opportunity to work
in the Day Hospice and also within the community

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your experience working
in a supportive, palliative care setting.

Working 30-37.5 hours per week earning
£24,400 to £25,100 pro rata depending on experience.
The Hospice also offers excellent working conditions,
contributory pension and subsidised meals.
