Our objectives in 2011 – 2012
We will:
- Maintain current levels of service and quality and develop plans for improving services within affordable limits.
- Maximise the potential of existing income streams and find extra income to offset legacy reductions.
- Improve our efficiency and effectiveness whilst keeping our costs under control.
- Ensure we are flexible and responsive so that we can meet the needs of our service users as the world changes around us.
