Martlets Champions was established in 2009 for local people and companies who want to raise awareness and funds for the Martlets Hospice.
By January 2012, 28 individual and 9 corporate Champions had signed up to the scheme, raising a total of £43,000 for the Hospice. Champions donate £500 a year, or £50 per month.
Champions adopt and fund specific Hospice projects so that their impact is clear to see. The first project has been to apply funds to support the work of one of our InPatient Unit nurses, Carey Mills.
