The responsibility for clinical governance lies with our sub-committee from the board of trustees – they oversee reviews and monitor the clinical standards of the hospice.
We are regularly assessed by the Care Quality Commission, who describe our patient care as 'exemplary' – you can view our latest report on their website.
User Feedback
We take user feedback on our services very seriously - although because our patients are very ill when they arrive it can be difficult to obtain feedback - and we use it to inform our planning and other activities.
