Martlets Care Agency was set up by the Hospice to provide care for people who wish to pay for home nursing care or personal care. All profits from Martlets Care Agency go to the Martlets Hospice.
What kind of care does the Care Agency provide ?
- Help with everyday tasks such as washing, dressing, toileting and medication
- Practical support including eating and drinking, food preparation, light domestic tasks, shopping, laundry and assist with visits outside of the home.
- Breaks for the carer. Anything from just a few hours a day to a complete overnight break.
- Short or long term support following surgery or a hospital stay
