Q. What does the Hospice do?
A. The Martlets looks after adults with life limiting illnesses for whom curative treatment is no longer appropriate. This care is aimed at alleviating the distressing symptons associated with serious illness as well as providing emotional support for the families and carers through the illness and into bereavement.
Sussex Cancer Network The sussex cancer network (scn) serves a population of just over 1 million people and covers the area from Rye in East Sussex to Worthing in West Sussex and northwards to East Grinstead.
The charity Trustees are the people who together are responsible for controlling the management and administration of the charity. The Trustees make decisions and work together through meetings of the Board of Trustees.
